Responsibilities
|
Perform sales transactions and handle customers’ enquiries on Travel arrangement
Opportunity travel to overseas on tour leading as part of the enrichment of product
knowledge

Requirements
|
NITEC in Service Skills (Tourism) or GCE ‘O’ level with 2 year of working experience
Diploma in Tourism or Travel related certified
Sales-driven, possess initiative & excellent customer relations skills.
Familiar with Global Distribution system such as Amadeus/Abacus/Galileo is an advantage
Positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality to customers
Pleasant and cheerful personality
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Bilingual in English & Russian to deal with Russian speaking client.

SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities :
|
Preparing and implement the Marketing & Selling strategies and procedures for the
company.
Expand and maintain the domestic and overseas markets for the company.
Create tour and travel products that are innovative and likeable by worldwide market.
Do research and develop on marketing & selling strategies, and also for procedures.
Use efficiently and effectively the potential human resources, especially in marketing
department in the office.
Preparing proposal for co-operations.
Negotiate with the parties that are related.

Requirements
|
Age : 32 – 35 years old
Min : Bachelor in Economic or above (would be an advantage)
Fluently in other languages (will be an advantage).
Perfect selling experience and ability.
Excellent experience in Tour and Travel Industry.
Fluently in English & German
Having perfect negotiation and communication skill in building customers and potential
buyers relationship.
Capable to bulid co-operation with third parties and tourism board / ASITA & IATA
Good team player and interpersonal skills with people of all levels/cultures
Loyal and honest
Valid and clean driver license.

TICKETING STAFF
|
Responsibilities :
|
Arrange Ticket bookings for FIT & GIT
Prepare Purchase orders, Corfirmation letters, Guarantee Letters, and Invoices to
back up the booking.
Prepare some reports about ticketing sales to the Supervisor in the end of a month.
|
Requirements
|
Having one year experience in Ticketing.
Fluently in English and fluently in other languages (will be an advantage).
Capable in Microsoft office, especially in : Word, Excell, Power Point, and Adobe.
Capable in the Ticketing Systems especially : ABACUS and AMADEUS.
Capable in the Procedures of Ticketing & Reservation.
Capable to create and arrange tour packages and the introduction in PDF Files in
English.
